Claire is a partner in our Employment team. Based in Aberdeen, she advises on the full spectrum of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters.
Claire has particular expertise in the energy, infrastructure and financial services sectors. She helps resolve sensitive and high-profile disputes for employers including conducting high profile tribunal litigation and advises on complex projects involving restructuring, redundancy, outsourcing and TUPE.
She also has experience advising on cross-border projects, deals and offshore working.
