Planning
Alasdair is head of the firm’s Planning & Environment team. He advises clients in the public and private sectors on a range of issues, including major development and renewable energy.

James is a director in our Commercial Real Estate team. He deals with residential plot sales and all aspects of commercial real estate work including acquisitions, disposals, secured lending and commercial leasing (landlord and tenant).

Ruth is a director in our Procurement team, advising and assisting local authority clients, central government bodies, registered social landlords and non-departmental public bodies on a wide range of issues.
Corporate and M&A
Jennifer is a senior associate in our Corporate Finance team and advises on a wide range of corporate transactions. She acts for both companies and their stakeholders including shareholders, management and private equity institutions.
