Our “Junior Energy In-House Lawyers Webinar Series” is an online learning programme for junior in-house lawyers looking to increase their knowledge and skills around the different stages of an energy project lifecycle.

The ten-module programme will be delivered throughout 2025 by specialists from across our energy team. Each session will last 30 minutes from 11:00 – 11:30am.

Our team will provide an overview of corporate vs commercial joint ventures and choosing the most appropriate structure. This session will cover the different types of joint ventures (including through limited companies, contractual agreements and LLPs), common provisions and the advantages/disadvantages of each.
