At an enormously challenging time for many people on both a personal and business level, small things can make a huge difference. At the onset of lockdown in response to the COVID-19 pandemic The Burness Paull Foundation trustees set out to find ways to help deserving organisations in any way possible.

This included offering additional new support to long-standing charity partners such as Street Soccer Scotland, Enable , AGE Scotland, Pilton Youth & Children's Project and Abernecessities.

The Foundation's key objective is to promote the charitable work of the firm on a collective basis as well as the individual efforts of our employees - making financial awards to help our colleagues all fundraise for worthwhile causes of their choice.

In recent weeks the trustees and many more of our colleagues across the firm have gone to extraordinary lengths to raise almost £15,000. It’s hard to conjure up the words that do justice to how much effort everyone's put in. So, we thought it was only right they should be able to tell the story themselves…
