Cathy is a dual qualified solicitor in the firm's dedicated English Real Estate team. She has extensive experience in advising clients on cross border transactions in a wide range of sectors, in particular renewable energy.
Cathy has acted for developers on small to large scale renewable projects, including multi-landowner deals. She has also acted for investors in the acquisition of windfarm and solar park projects and for funders in connection with the funding of such projects.
