Colin is a Senior Associate in our Commercial Real Estate division. Colin gets involved in a range of projects including drafting contracts for property transfers and leases, undertaking due diligence/title examinations for clients purchasing property as well as negotiating leases and lease management transactions, such as notices to quit, extensions, variations and renunciations.
