Deborah is a Senior Associate in our Corporate Finance team and advises clients across a broad range of sectors on corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, investments, group reorganisations and general corporate advisory matters. Deborah has particular experience in advising both companies and investors in venture capital transactions and has recently been on secondment to the investment arm of Scottish Enterprise.
