Emma is a Company Secretary & Governance Advisor in our Company Secretarial team.
Emma is a Law Society of Scotland Accredited Paralegal with over 10 years' experience in providing company secretarial services to a wide range of small, medium and large private companies and LLPs. Emma assists clients with meeting their obligations under the Companies Act and specialises in due diligence and the reconstitution of statutory registers.
Emma has extensive experience in auditing statutory records for clients and dealing with the rectification of records where registers are found to be incomplete, and also assists the firm’s corporate finance team with transactional matters.
