Emma is our Inclusion & Wellbeing Manager. Emma collaborates closely with a range of stakeholders including senior leaders, employee-led networks and external partners to ensure the firm is attracting, recruiting and retaining diverse talent.
Emma is also responsible for driving a proactive and preventative approach to the physical and mental health and wellbeing of employees and ensuring mechanisms which promote an inclusive and open culture.
