Erica is a director in our contentious Construction team. Erica advises employers, contractors, sub-contractors and design team professionals on disputes arising both during contract and post-completion.
Her work includes providing advice in relation to disputes on defects, payment, achieving taking over and insurance cover. She has experience in adjudication and arbitral work, mediation and negotiating settlements as well as the more traditional court proceedings in Scotland.
Erica is a member of “Astra”, the junior section of the Society of Construction Law and organises events for junior construction legal professionals in Scotland.
