Greig is a senior solicitor in the Banking and Funds team, acting for borrowers and lenders across a variety of sectors in relation to Scottish and cross-border finance transactions. His experience predominantly covers real estate, corporate and leveraged financings.
Working with City and overseas firms, as well as fund managers directly, he also provides advice on the establishment, closing and financing of private funds, focussing on Scottish elements within the structures.
Greig also worked within the legal team at Scottish Power UK plc while on a six month secondment.
