Jenny is a senior solicitor qualified in England & Wales and works in our Banking & Funds team. She acts for lenders and corporate borrowers across the full range of finance transactions, and also advises on private investment fund structures.
Prior to joining Burness Paull, Jenny worked in both capital and derivatives markets, as well as in the traditional banking & finance sector, as a legal negotiator and team lead.
Born and raised in Rome, Jenny moved to England to study law in 2015. She recently relocated to Edinburgh to take her career to the next level at Burness Paull.
