Kendall is an associate in our Banking & Funds team.
Kendall advises lenders and borrowers on wide range of banking transactions with a focus on acquisition finance, corporate finance and real estate finance in both Scottish and cross-border transactions.
Kendall also advises clients and both city and overseas firms in relation to the use of Scottish limited partnerships in fund structures. She also combines this knowledge to provide Scots law advice to banks and borrowers on fund financing transactions.
