Kirstin is a senior associate in our Construction and Projects team, who specialises in contentious construction.
Having previously acted in both contentious and non-contentious matters, Kirstin has experience acting for a wide variety of clients including developers, contractors, tenants, funders and purchasers, across both public and private sector developments. Since 2020, Kirstin has focussed solely on contentious matters and has experience in various forms of dispute resolution, including adjudication, mediation and litigation. In 2021, Kirstin spent nine months on a part-time secondment to a renewable energy development company, being the sole legal counsel based in Scotland. Kirstin is part of our firm wide Building Safety Group and provides advice to an assortment of clients on the applicability of relevant legislation.
Kirstin is dual qualified to practise in Scotland and England & Wales.
