Lindsay is an experienced corporate lawyer with a wide range of experience, having worked in both private practice and in industry. Lindsay is well versed in providing practical advice and solutions to legal and business issues, with a particular focus on risk management, legal compliance and professional duties and ethics, having served as General Counsel Partner to the firm for a number of years.
Lindsay’s current role is to lead the sustainability efforts of the firm, across all aspects of Environmental, Social and Governance, working with colleagues who are dedicated to the individual elements.
Lindsay is also head of Knowledge Management and her remits extends to the development and implementation of our knowledge management strategy, leading a large team of knowledge and development lawyers who represent all key specialisms of the firm. Their focus is on the professional development of our lawyers as well as ensuring our lawyers continue to have the necessary legal knowledge, resources and technology to provide an excellent service to clients.
