Lorna trained in-house at a large financial services organisation before joining the Corporate Finance team as a solicitor in 2019.
Lorna works with clients across a broad variety of sectors and has experience advising on mergers and acquisitions, group restructuring, private equity investments and general corporate law advisory matters.
