Michael is a senior associate in the firm's dedicated English Real Estate team. He is qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales and acts exclusively in English law matters for the firm’s corporate clients.

Prior to joining the firm, Michael practised in the City of London for more than ten years and  has advised on a number of large scale development and investment transactions, often with an international element.

He acts for clients including institutional investors, banks, retailers, manufacturers and also has extensive experience with development acquisition work for residential developers.

In addition to his private practice experience, Michael has been seconded to work in-house for a leading construction company, a large US insurer and a government body.
