Nicole is a senior associate in the Banking and Funds team.
She advises clients and both City and overseas firms and in relation to the use of Scottish limited partnerships in various private equity limited partnership and other fund situations. She regularly advises on lifetime funds matters such as establishment, structuring and closing, as well as transactional funds matters.
From a banking perspective, she provides advice to major banks and a variety of different borrowers.
Nicole often combines her knowledge in banking and funds and regularly provides Scots law advice to banks and borrowers on fund financing transactions, which regularly have an international dimension.
