Quintin is a director in the firm’s dedicated English Property team. He has over 10 years’ experience in the commercial property and commercial / corporate sectors and he provides advice on all commercial property matters including financing, acquisitions and disposals, non-contentious landlord and tenant issues, real estate investment, property finance projects, developments and commercial leasing.
Quintin also acts for developers on small to large scale renewable projects (onshore wind, battery storage and solar) and energy related developments (including hydrogen), including multi-landowner deals and DCO projects, specialising in the property aspects of these projects.
Originally hailing from New Zealand, Quintin is dual qualified in English and New Zealand law which gives him a unique international perspective on transactions.
