Ross is a senior solicitor in our Energy team in Edinburgh, with a particular focus on large scale energy projects. Ross has experience across the energy sector dealing with corporate transactions and regulatory matters for developers operating projects within offshore and onshore wind, upstream oil & gas, solar, and battery storage. Ross has also advised on a wide range of corporate matters, including M&A and private equity transactions across the energy sector.
Ross was recently seconded to Ocean Winds - a JV between EDP Renewables and ENGIE - where Ross advised on the development of some of the UK’s largest offshore wind farms.
