Ruaridh is a partner in our banking and funds team.
He works with City and international law firms in relation to the structuring and formation of limited partnership fund structures. In addition, he frequently works as lead counsel to top-tier asset managers in relation to fund structuring matters. The nature of Ruaridh’s work is long-term and he advises clients on a wide range of lifetime and tail-end matters relating to investment funds. Ruaridh also acts for UK and international investors into funds, dealing with matters on a jurisdiction-agnostic basis. He works regularly for the European Investment Fund in relation to fund investment matters across Europe. In addition, he has worked on ground-breaking schemes in relation to the pooling of pensions liabilities for local authorities and others.
