Scott is a partner in our construction and projects team, specialising in non-contentious construction and projects matters. With a focus on infrastructure and energy projects, he has significant experience representing developers, contractors, consultants, and funders across a wide array of sectors, including on- and offshore wind, green hydrogen, waste to energy and carbon capture as well as power networks, roads and rail projects. He has a proven track record in delivering complex and high-value construction procurements across different technologies. His work includes drafting and negotiating construction documentation, including building and engineering contracts, subcontracts, professional appointments, development agreements, and security documents.
