Scott is Head of our Property & Infrastructure Department and has a particular focus on development and finance across a number of sectors including the development of large scale ‘new settlements’ with associated infrastructure; residential development (acting for landowners, housebuilders, social housing providers and funders); commercial real estate development and investment; urban regeneration; and on-shore wind farm development.

Scott is ranked as a leading lawyer in Chambers UK. He is one of the judges at the annual Homes for Scotland Awards.
