Sophie is a senior solicitor in our Corporate Finance team, advising clients across a broad range of sectors, with experience working on mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, business sales and purchases and general corporate advisory matters.
Sophie also has experience working in the financial services industry, having trained at abrdn PLC.
