Victoria is an associate in our employment team and works on both non-contentious and contentious matters. She also assists with the defence of Tribunal claims including for unfair dismissal, breach of contract and discrimination.
Victoria provides HR departments across a number of sectors with day-to-day support and advice. She has gained experience in dealing with a number of employee relations issues and has advised on matters including disciplinary and grievance procedures, family-friendly rights and redundancy. She is experienced in negotiating and drafting settlement agreements.
