Caroline is a knowledge and development lawyer in our Pensions team. Caroline is an experienced pensions lawyer with over 20 years’ experience with Burness Paull, having trained at the firm.
Caroline provides professional support to the Pensions team and is responsible for knowledge management, training, developing and maintaining precedent documents, product development and innovation, ensuring the team is up to speed on legal developments, and supporting the team with new and complex areas of pensions law and practice. Caroline has a particular interest in the employment aspects of pensions issues such as auto-enrolment and TUPE transfers.
Caroline is a member of the Association of Pension Lawyers.
