Colin is head of our Private Client division. He acts for high net worth individuals and with a background in corporate law Colin has particular expertise in advising the directors and the families of owner managed businesses and private companies often with international interests.
He regularly advises on succession planning, the transfer of business ownership, private company and partnership restructuring and the investment of private wealth.
Colin is a full member (TEP- Trust & Estate Practitioner) of the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners and he is ranked in the Chambers High Net Worth Guide.
Colin has a wealth of knowledge and is extremely valuable. Colin has a great network to pull upon and can always get to the bottom of a tricky question.
