Dominique is a senior associate in our Banking & Funds team.
She advises fund managers, investors, and City and overseas law firms on the use of Scottish limited partnerships in private fund structures (incl. establishment, operation and closing of funds). Dominique is also involved in advising investors on the terms of investments in the UK and globally.
On the banking side Dominique acts for a range of borrowers and lenders and has experience in advising on cross-border property finance transactions, corporate acquisitions and project finance.
Having experience in both banking and funds Dominique is able to advise clients on fund finance transactions.
Dominique is a member of SFE Young Professionals.
