Jason is an Associate and Notary Public based in our Edinburgh office, working in the Rural Business team.

Jason is experienced in property matters impacting individuals and businesses across rural Scotland.  A former Legal Adviser to Scottish Land & Estates and Historic Houses Scotland, Jason acts for a number of estates and also advises on country house purchases and sales and land reform matters. Jason is frequently engaged in the acquisition and disposal of land and fishings and advises on agricultural tenancy matters, including disputes.
