Jill is the firm’s General Counsel Partner and is a key advisor to the firm's leadership team, championing sustainable practices and robust governance and works closely with others across the business in delivering on our sustainability efforts. Jill moved into risk and compliance in 2018 during a period of vast change in the regulatory and compliance landscape and growth in client focus around partnering with service providers who prioritise sustainability and good governance.
Prior to this, Jill was a Banking & Finance lawyer for many years. During this time, she advised both lenders and borrowers alike and worked closely with the firm’s Corporate, Property and Restructuring & Insolvency teams. She is very experienced in being able to identify key commercial and legal risks and providing pragmatic and workable solutions.
