Laura is a senior solicitor in the Banking and Funds team with experience in acting for a range of borrowers and lenders and advising on cross-border real estate finance, acquisition and leveraged finance transactions.
She also advises fund managers, investors, and City and overseas law firms on the use of Scottish limited partnerships in private fund structures (incl. establishment, operation and closing of funds).
Laura has also undertaken a nine-month secondment to ESR Europe, as well as a six-month secondment to abrdn plc.
