Marianne is a senior solicitor in the Financial Services Regulatory team, having joined Burness Paull from a top Scottish law firm where she trained. Prior to her traineeship and qualification, Marianne worked at a global law firm assisting with banking and corporate transactions, dispute resolution and project management. Marianne has spent time on secondments to both a well-known retail bank and FinTech start-up, giving her invaluable experience into the needs of a range of financial and corporate clients.
