Matthew is a senior solicitor in our Commercial Real Estate team. He has experience advising a variety of private and public sector clients on all aspects of commercial real estate work including acquisitions and disposals, asset management of existing investment portfolios, and advising both borrowers and institutional lenders in real estate finance transactions. Matthew has also acted in the acquisition, sale and funding of renewable energy projects.
