Rachel has experience in a range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including the drafting of contracts and policies; providing advice on grievance, disciplinary, absence management and capability processes; drafting and advising on settlement agreements; advising on redundancy situations and assisting with Employment Tribunal proceedings.
Rachel is passionate about working closely with clients to provide clear, commercial and industry relevant employment law advice.
