Ruth is a director in our Procurement team, advising and assisting local authority clients, central government bodies, registered social landlords and non-departmental public bodies on a wide range of issues, including procurement, state aid, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, funding, charity law, and data protection.
Ruth has also advised clients in the private and not-for-profit environment to help structure and design project arrangements with public bodies so that their practices align with procurement and state aid constraints, while realising business objectives.
