She has a huge amount of experience in larger commercial transactions in a rural context, including purchases, sales and financing of rural properties, commercial leasing, utilities, renewables and development options. Sarah has considerable transactional experience involving the acquisition and disposals of farms, estates, forestry, sportings and country houses as well as delivering on matters concerning rural property, agricultural holdings, general tenancy and environmental matters, family succession planning and diversification.
